Our Story
Gandom Bakery has been a quiet cornerstone of the Paterson community since 2012. What started as a small family operation with a single deck oven and a passion for honest baking has grown into one of the city's most trusted bakeries — still run by the same hands, still using the same recipes passed down through generations.
Our name, Gandom, means "grain" in our heritage language — a reminder that everything we do begins with the simplest, most honest ingredient: quality flour, water, salt, and time. We don't rush. We don't cut corners. Every sourdough, every croissant, every loaf that leaves our kitchen is made the way it should be.
